Please note that we are not responsible for individual photo or video preferences, poses, or guest participation. If a video does not meet expectations, guests are welcome and encouraged to retake their 360 session during the rental period. Refunds will not be issued due to personal preferences, limited participation, or if guests choose not to utilize the 360 Photo Booth experience. Our service provides the equipment, setup, attendant, and the opportunity for unlimited sessions during the booked time.
